1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the tk4444 website accessible at tk4444.asia, including all associated subdomains, pages, services, and features.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered a valid account on the Platform and meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration, through which the Player accesses all Platform services.
• "Real-Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their Account using an accepted payment method and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or incentive funds credited to an Account under a specific promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet placed on a casino game, live table, sports event, or crash game using Real-Money Balance or eligible Bonus Balance.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole supported account currency on the Platform.
• "Business Day" means any day other than a Friday, Saturday, or Bangladesh public holiday during which administrative functions of the Platform are operational.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering, depositing, or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy published on tk4444.asia.

These Terms may be updated by tk4444 at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. tk4444 may, but is not obligated to, notify registered Players of material changes via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account.

If you do not accept any revision to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account and cease use of the Platform in accordance with Section 13 (Account Closure).

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on tk4444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You hold a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh that can receive SMS verification messages.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by tk4444 for breach of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• You understand and accept that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds deposited on the Platform.
• You are not classified as a problem gambler and have not enrolled in any self-exclusion programme on the Platform or any other gambling service that remains active at the time of registration.

tk4444 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons. Registration of an Account does not guarantee uninterrupted access to all Platform features; access to specific games, markets, or promotions may be restricted based on technical, regulatory, or risk-management grounds.

Each player may register only one Account. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration — including but not limited to date of birth, full name, or payment method ownership — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

tk4444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity, age, and payment method ownership of registered Players. Verification may be requested at any stage of the Player's relationship with the Platform, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, following a deposit above a specified threshold, or where the Platform's risk systems flag an account for review.

Players may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of the mobile financial service account used for deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account screenshot showing registered name and number)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the preceding 90 days)
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document, where requested

Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. tk4444 accepts no liability for delays to withdrawals attributable to a Player's failure to provide requested documentation promptly. Documents must be submitted in clear, unedited form. Submission of altered, forged, or borrowed documents constitutes fraud and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

tk4444 accepts deposits in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction may apply and will be displayed at the point of deposit.

Deposits are credited to the Player's Real-Money Balance upon confirmed receipt of funds by the Platform's payment processor. Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically credited within 1–5 minutes of successful mobile money transfer
• Visa / Mastercard: Typically credited within 5–15 minutes, subject to card issuer processing times

Players must only deposit using payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from a payment account not registered to the depositing Player — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and return of the deposited funds to their source where technically possible.

tk4444 does not apply deposit fees. However, your mobile financial service provider or card issuer may levy their own transaction charges independently of the Platform; tk4444 is not responsible for such third-party fees.

tk4444 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place on hold any deposit that triggers the Platform's fraud detection systems or that cannot be verified as originating from a payment account held in the Player's name.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real-Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless the Player has contacted support and received written approval for an alternative withdrawal route.

Withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6)
• Visa / Mastercard: Processed within 1–5 Business Days, subject to card network and issuing bank timelines

Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or national public holidays in Bangladesh may experience extended processing times. tk4444 will communicate expected delays via the Platform's notification system where possible.

Bonus Balance and winnings derived solely from Bonus Balance are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Players attempting to withdraw Bonus Balance prior to satisfying wagering requirements will have the Bonus Balance component of their request declined; the Real-Money Balance component will be processed normally.

tk4444 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request and to place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing during such checks. Players will be notified via their registered contact details of any hold applied to a withdrawal request.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

tk4444 offers bonuses, promotional credits, free spin equivalents, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to eligible registered Players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Balance must be wagered a specified number of times before it or winnings derived from it become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details (e.g., "30x wagering requirement on bonus amount").
• Eligible Games: Wagering contributions toward bonus requirements may vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as specified per promotion.
• Validity Period: Bonus Balance and associated wagering requirements expire after the period stated in the promotion. Expired Bonus Balance is removed from the Account automatically without compensation.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a Bonus Balance is active, the maximum permitted single wager may be restricted. Placing bets exceeding the maximum permitted wager while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Opting into a new promotion while an existing Bonus Balance remains active will result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Promotional Abuse: tk4444 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover bonus funds where evidence of promotional abuse, bonus stacking across multiple accounts, or coordinated betting with other players is identified.

tk4444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform and will not apply retroactively to promotions already accepted by eligible Players.

8 Wagering Rules & Game Conduct

All wagers placed on tk4444 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, slots, or sports markets — are subject to the specific rules of the game or market concerned. These rules are accessible within the game interface or sportsbook market panel. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing a wager.

tk4444 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all non-live casino games and crash games. Live dealer games are supplied by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are subject to those providers' operational standards and streaming protocols.

The following wagering-related conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place wagers
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or unintended RNG outcomes — any winnings arising from exploited bugs will be voided
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker-format games

• Placing wagers on behalf of or at the direction of another person

tk4444 reserves the right to void any wager, withhold any associated winnings, and suspend or close any Account where prohibited wagering conduct is identified. Decisions regarding voided bets are final and not subject to further dispute under Section 14.

9 Sports Betting Rules

tk4444's sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, handball, kabaddi, and other sports as listed in the sportsbook at the time of wagering. The following conditions apply to all sports bets:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only when the Platform issues a confirmed bet reference number. Bets pending confirmation at the time of a market suspension are not valid.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. tk4444 displays odds in decimal format by default. tk4444 reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors; bets placed at erroneously priced odds will be voided.
• Event Cancellation: If a scheduled event is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or abandoned before the required minimum play period, all bets on that event will be refunded as a stake return to the Player's Real-Money Balance.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are final once the Platform has confirmed the bet. tk4444 is not responsible for communications delays between the venue and the Platform's data feed that may result in bets being placed after an in-play event has resolved.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum payout cap per event may apply, as displayed in the relevant market. Where cumulative winnings on a single event exceed the stated cap, the excess will be voided.

10 Responsible Gaming

tk4444 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gambling environment. The Platform provides Players with the following responsible gaming tools, accessible via account settings or by contacting [email protected]:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and may only be increased after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Alerts: Players may configure periodic on-screen reminders displaying time spent in the current session and cumulative wagers placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players wishing to take an extended break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is applied to the Account within one Business Day of the request and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

tk4444 encourages players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their finances, relationships, or mental health to make use of these tools immediately and to seek support from qualified counselling services. 11 Intellectual Property

All content on the tk4444 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of tk4444 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal entertainment purposes.

The following are strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from tk4444:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from any Platform software
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or design
• Using the tk4444 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context

12 Privacy & Data Protection

tk4444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published in full at tk4444.asia/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tk4444 uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect data in transit between your device and the Platform's servers. Personal data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. tk4444 does not sell or rent personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Players may submit a data access, correction, or deletion request by contacting [email protected]. tk4444 will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable data protection obligations.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

tk4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any Platform policy
• Discovery that the Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials
• Identification of prohibited wagering conduct as described in Section 8
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period requested by tk4444
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against tk4444 by the Player's payment provider
• Player request for Account closure submitted via [email protected]

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Real-Money Balance remaining may be forfeited at tk4444's discretion. Where an Account is closed at the Player's voluntary request with no outstanding breach, the Real-Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Closure will be processed within two Business Days of receipt of a valid request.

14 Disputes & Complaints

If a Player wishes to raise a dispute or formal complaint regarding any aspect of the Platform's operation — including a specific game outcome, a transaction, a bonus decision, or a customer service interaction — the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Initial Contact: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected]. Include your Account username, the date and nature of the disputed event, and the specific resolution you are seeking. tk4444 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — Investigation: tk4444 will investigate the complaint using available Platform logs, game records, and transaction data. A substantive response will be issued within five Business Days of acknowledgement.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the substantive response, you may request escalation to a senior member of the tk4444 operations team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed and responded to within a further five Business Days.

Decisions by tk4444 on disputed game outcomes, RNG results, and voided bets are final and made on the basis of server-side logs, which are the authoritative record of all game events. Client-side display anomalies do not constitute grounds for a successful dispute where server-side records show a different outcome.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk4444 shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform:

• Loss of gambling funds through normal game outcomes, including losing streaks attributable solely to variance
• Loss arising from technical faults, server outages, network interruptions, or maintenance windows that affect your ability to place or settle wagers
• Loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity

Where tk4444's liability cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law, such liability is limited to the lesser of (a) the total deposits made by the Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ৳10,000.

tk4444 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where practicable; unscheduled outages may occur and tk4444 will restore service as promptly as reasonably possible.

16 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's international operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

Players access the Platform on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that their use of online gambling services complies with applicable local laws in their jurisdiction. tk4444 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in all locations from which it may be accessed. Access to the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited is at the Player's own risk and sole responsibility.

17 Amendments to These Terms

tk4444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted to this page at tk4444.asia/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material — for example, changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or account eligibility criteria — tk4444 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via their registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they should close their Account in accordance with Section 13 before the effective date of the amendment.
